Samantha Barash is an intuitive eating registered dietitian who started her own business Tap Into Nutrition to promote a gentler and more natural approach to eating and movement. Samantha wants us to see nutrition and health as so much more than just a number on the scale.

On this week’s episode we speak about the dangers of diet culture and about how that impacted her own previously disordered relationship with food. We talk about the relationship between media and body dysmorphia and why our society needs to change the way we speak about our bodies.

Samantha also spoke about how the pandemic encouraged her to open her own business and how she conquered her own fear of social media in order to launch.
