Episode 10: Blogger, Speaker & Energy Healer Grace Liang of Color and Grace on Holding Space for Grief, Replacing Limiting Beliefs & Overcoming Barriers

Grace Liang

Grace Liang is a blogger, the published author of “Color and Grace”, an energy healer, and a speaker. Grace came to the US knowing little English and was eventually able to earn her teaching certificate and followed her passion to start her fashion blog.

We went DEEP on this episode. Grace opened up about losing her late husband, scars leftover from her impoverished childhood in rural China, & how she was able to find joy again.

Grief is often an uncomfortable topic in our society and many of us try and find ways to avoid discussing it- as if we don’t talk about it it just isn’t there. Grace went over how to get through it, how to help those who are experiencing it & how to eventually look forward to the future.

She spoke about coming to the US to be with her first love and how she not only made it through his devastating cancer diagnosis, but went on to build a career helping others  rebuild their lives after their own grief and tragedy.

Grace’s blog posts are now a published book called Finding Grace: How to Navigate the Journey From Tragedy to Triumph  and she also works as a speaker and energy healer.  Check out Grace's site Color and Grace , her Living Gracefully Facebook page & her instagram page Color and Grace.
